Torrid is my FAVORITE store. The Torrid on Germantown Pkwy is where I shop. Everyone there is very friendly and very helpful.
I always shop at torrid online went in the store to make an exchange and the woman who worked there wasn't very helpful but I noticed how friendly nd helpful she was when other customers came in the store I don't know that was about but I won't be going there again.
I don't shop anywhere else anymore but here. The customer service is amazing. They really help you find what looks good on your body. They were very helpful in finding me a certain pair of boots in a particular size. They helped me call several other stores. Although I wish they had transfers so I wouldn't have had to travel to get the boots.
