Pushy salesman who knows little about shoes but a lot about selling.
Very bad customer service the sales associate Brandon who claimed he was the store manager argued with me about returning an online order he kept trying to say that if i purchased with a debit card he had to give me cash i explained i didnt want cash i wanted it to be placed on my visa debit/credit card he was still stuck on i dont have cash in my drawer almost like he wasnt listening and talking over me and being very smart and short! then he started yelling and saying you need your reciept i said if its an online order you can look it up with my email he refused trying to show off in front of the other associates i looked it up on my phone and pulled it up he kept being rude then at the end of the transaction never gave me a reciept and i stood there looking foolish i asked is that all he then said yea thats it! i walked out very upset and the other male associate had the nerve to say are you calm now to much hostility i looked at him like really! i have purchased just in these last 2 weeks 6 pairs of shoes online for christmas gifts and have purchased many shoes never have i had a problem returing until this young punk had an attitude and no customer service skills no people skills he represents a great shoe store he needs to seek other employment or be trained to act in a professional manor! im really done going into that store! i prefer zumiez or pacsun at this point they act friendly and never have attitudes about returning!
Didn't have shoes in my size. So I ordered expecting to have been shipped and received over 2 business days. It's been a week and still haven't received. Could have got the same thing off amazon prime quicker and cheaper. Bye bye box stores
