when i told the manager how disappointed i was, her response was, "well... we've had a lot of theft and don't allow people to use the restroom in the back anymore."
i've been shopping at ann taylor loft for at least 8 years now. i love the clothing, and have typically had great customer service at the stores. this particular one, however is definitely sub-par.

Nice selection that my wife is always likes the style of. Hard to get the attention of an employee however.
yesterday, while shopping in the store, my 3-year-old daughter told me that she needed to go to the restroom right away. when i asked a sales associate if i could take her to the restroom in the store, she told that i could not take her to their restroom and instructed me to to go three stores down to the barnes and noble bookstore. i had to leave all my clothes, my mom, and my sleeping baby at the store while i walked to another store to take my preschooler to the restroom.
unacceptable.
Someone needs to re-evaluate their policies.
