I will never shop there again and I have filed a complaint against the store and the staff which was there Saturday November 26,2016.

We were able to get the clothes we needed and saved money doing it. The cashier was wonderful and helped us with all of our shopping needs.
Treated horribly by management store manager named Ashley... I wanted to exchange/return two of pants and when I swiped my Childrens place card transaction didn't come up I was told to call 800# which I did and the rep said that the manger needs to call so she could give them whatever information needed to get my transaction taken care of....I asked the key lead (Hispanic girl) to get the manager it took her over 20 mins to get the manager I had to ask another associate to gonget the manager and she the cashier said well the other lady went to get her I said apparently she got lost in the back after Ashley came to the front 20 minutes later she seem as she didn't want to be bothered I explained to her what the rep said and she (Ashley) took my card ID and items to back and was back out front in 3 mins she claims she called the 800# and they were closed which was a lie because I called them and she (Ashley) said she spoke to her DM as well... now what DM is available for work related questions on a holiday weekend
