My family has had some terrible luck with cars over the years and, at least a couple times annually, we've always found ourselves needing repairs of some variety. My experience with other places has never been on par with the experience I've had with Superior. The work is fantastic, timely, and everyone from the front desk to the shop takes pride in it. For as long as I'm living in the Memphis area, Superior Auto Body will be the only shop doing body work on my car. My family feels the same way.
TERRIBLE. I called for a repair, drove all the way there just for them to say they had me for just an estimate. I told them I scheduled a repair over the phone, then they went with the old Cliché "no one here would do that" well someone did. IF YOU CALL TO SET UP A REPAIR, MAKE SURE YOU RECORD THE PHONE CALL.

Great Job. My Truck looked better than when I took it home from the pre-certified dealer. It was ready when they said it would be and their attention to detail was spot on. Also as an added bonus they cleaned up the cab aa well. I would recommend them to anybody
Very impressed with Superior Auto body. Not only did car come back better than before, but their attention to detail was great. Even cleaned the car inside and out and left a thank you note. Would have given 5 stars, but car was a day later than was told. Definitely recommend
