Christian Brothers Automotive has very good customer service. I have had so many encounters with other repairs that I came into the situation a little skeptical. When I inquired online about my brakes, I got a response within the hour. They also sent text messages as my car was going through the repair process. I work in Collierville now, so it is so nice knowing I have a honest repair shop that I can take my car to and get the work done during the week and not have to tie up my entire weekend. Car sounds great now and I am very satisfied with the repair job and service. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for a repair shop that will look out for your best interest.

Beyond excellent customer service. They are very honest. When they didn't charge me for the alignment that wasn't needed I knew they were dependable. Pretty much any other shop would have performed the uneeded work and billed me. Please go to this Christian business and support them.
To be honest in my opinion this place is way over priced. Estimate price was way off when I went to pick up the car. For all of you consumers out there shop around and get yourself atleast 2-3 different estimates before you land here with expensive bill.

My husband and I have not been going to Christian Brothers for a long time but in the relatively brief time we have used their services we feel they have earned our trust. We believe they have our best interests at heart and are motivated for the long-term relationship rather than only a quick dollar. They have taken pains to educate us about the vehicle and what may go wrong with it "down the pike" which we find of value to know. It is rare for a company to place such a high value on educating the customer. We believe they care about us and are honorable. That is unusual in today's world.
