The bottom line is they overcharge for poor and unreliable maintenance. If you bring your car in for something as simple as an oil leak, expect to have to go back 3 or 4 times before they find and fix the problem. Unfortunately I didn’t realize how bad they were screwing me until I went somewhere else to get a second opinion. Don’t let them work on your car.
Took an hour to change oil. Won't make the mistake of going here again. It was equally bad as Goodyear previously but I thought maybe service level would have improved under Pep Boys ownership. Not the case. Edit: I did have an appointment as well.
