My first time here and I could not ask for a better experience. I had Special tires ordered for my vehicle with fast response and everyone was so professional and helpful. Very nice waiting area. I would highly recommend This business for your vehicles needs.
They are horrible! Bought a full set of tires a year ago, purchased the full set because of the fact they will fix your flat for the life of the tire. Tires last longer than a year right? I brought my vechicle in for them to tell me my tire was fine and to put air in it. After I waited for hours for them to tell me that. Then I called back 3 days later and they said I had to come back in and sit and wait. The sales people are incredibly rude and apparently they do not have a manager on duty at all times! So, good luck if you buy tires from them! It’s obvious they don’t care about your safety! I drive around 3 small children daily and their negligence could have resulted in something serious happening!
Been buying tires from these folks for over 10 years. Service is prompt and friendly. I have looked into buying tires from other nationally-known places and while their tires may be a little cheaper, getting an appointment is challenging. I can walk in the Raleigh Tire on any given day and they take care of balancing and rotating or whatever else I need
