It's good on a tight budget, but the horrible customer service, the nonexistent wifi that never works and the dirtiness of the rooms is definitely not worth the $55 a night they charge you. Definitely the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.
BATES MOTEL!!! If you don't mind disgusting this is a great place. I can't believe Collierville would allow this in their city. Never did find the outdoor pool as advertised. This place doesn't deserve the one star I had to give it to post this review

I would give 0 stars to this sad excuse of a motel but it won't allow me. The website advertises updated bathrooms, free WiFi, and the oh so wonderful to my eyes outdoor pool. I called for the weekly rate and could barely understand the woman on the phone but finally understood 265. I thought that was a decent price and couldn't wait to get to the pool. I pull up. ..at first glance I saw Bates Motel and hesitantly went to check in. The man who checked me in spoke broken English as well told me the price I paid and then smiles and says we have room service. I said great and went off to my room. Oh my gosh what the hell did I get myself into as I recall the sign on the wall in the office reading No Refunds, No Exceptions! After I paid I might add because he was standing in front of it before I paid. To make a long story short, I stayed in room 1 0 hell! The smell was a mix between must ,mildew,and crack...drugs and butt! The old green carpet had black stains all over it, the newly renovated bathroom must have happened in the 50's because the toilet was wobbly and was the size of a daycare toilet, the shower was covered in mold and the floor hadn't been cleaned in years at least not by the amount of dust in the corners. The window had dead bugs in it tucked under the blinds! The towels were old, stained and tiny. The mattress was old and lumpy which made for the worst sleep I've had in years, the microwave didn't have the turntable inside and none of the buttons worked Except the popcorn button and cancel. They left a broken tv in the room and in the middle of the night you suddenly smell some funk coming from the air conditioner...and to top it all off...the disgusting comfortor,you know, the one you never sleep with at a motel, the one you immediately pull off the bed when you get to the room, was the only blanket on the bed. And hidden beneath the top sheet was a blood stained sheet. ..freaking disgusting! Oh and there is no room service that must have been why he smiled as he said it! Btw, that pool that brought me here in the first place does not exist, it's all a lie! Did I mention the no refund policy? Please someone in Collierville shut this place down or make them conform to American standards. ..we are not in India where 3rd rate is a good thing!
