Terrific stay here!!! Hotel was very clean and updated. My room was huge and very comfortable. It had a pool, hot tub and nice work out area. There is shopping just a few steps away. Nice proximity to the highway.
The Courtyard by Marriott in Collierville is an excellent choice of accommodations for the weary traveler, especially if you're hoping to avoid the hustle and bustle of Memphis. It's essentially located in a mall, which means at night it's quiet without hardly any traffic noise. They also have Starbuck's coffee for sale in the lobby, great for those fueled by caffeine in the morning! There's also a handy bar in the lobby if you care for a night cap after your day. The staff was very helpful as well when we inquired about dinner locations. A great hotel.
The best Courtyard that I have ever visited thus far. The interior and exterior reminds you of a regular Marriott. The hotel is located on the same property of a very nice semi upscale shopping center (Macy's, Dillard's, Charming Charlie's, H&M, Jared's, Hickory Taverns (very nice sports bar) and etc). I don't have much to say about the staff, because I didn't interact with them as much based on the time that we went in and out of the hotel. The walls are a little thin, but overall very clean and up to date. I highly recommend anyone to stay here and I'll most definitely stay here again without a heart beat.
Super comfy bed & quiet halls for daytime sleeping.
Great hotel! We didn't think about the time change in our 11 hour drive to Memphis so we were going to arrive at the Marriott very early, I called to see if we could check in early but they didn't have any open rooms when I called so we were really stressing maybe having to sleep in the car for a bit but luckily when I lurched up to the front desk the fella working took pity on me & put us in suite. Thank God because I probably would have fallen asleep on his desk if not.
The hotel was spotless too with lovely architecture. Everyone was friendly & accommodating. I wish I could've had time to enjoy the pool, jacuzzi, and gym. Maybe next time!
Clean room. Friendly staff. Good water pressure. They have a cafe in the lobby where you can buy breakfast, coffee, etc. It's near a big outdoor mall, but traffic was fine getting in and out of the hotel. My only complaint is the AC unit in the room didn't seem to get the temperature quite right so we had to play with it a little in the middle of the night. Overall, it was a good hotel for a one-night stay.
