Awesome staff. Someone needs to motivate the maintenance guy. Lots of small unfinished repairs.
Nice, clean and well furnished rooms. Service was good. The breakfast quality is pretty low. The selection is decent--some type of egg/omelette and meat (bacon, ham, sausage, etc) plus the usual fare of bagels, waffle maker, yogurt, cereal, etc. I also wasn't a fan of the exercise facility. Only a treadmill, exercise bike, and a few medicine balls. Nothing for someone who wants to do resistance training/exercises. A decent Smith machine or at least some dumbbells would make a huge difference.
Good size room and clean. Morning complimentary breakfast was good and complimentary cookies in the lobby are a nice touch. Comforter on beds have a rough texture at the end closest to the head, is uncomfortable but remedied by folding over the blanket.
Very comfortable beds and pillows. Not to hard and not to soft. I slept like a baby both nights.
This hotel needs some updating. Carpet is stained everywhere and smells. Thank goodness there is no odd smell in the room.
