I was seen quickly and treated very well with Mrs. Ali Naseem. She took great care of me. She was very detailed and patient with me. She took her time dealing with me and actually listened to me as well, which is great because not enough doctors take the time to listen to their patients. I will definitely come back here to this clinic and would recommend anyone that is sick and doesnt want to sit in a hospital all day, to come here.
I went here to after learning at work about my blood pressure. It was stroke level high.Dr Anderson was very rude and said you come right at closing time and expect me to help u with blood pressure this high. Well I had went straight from work its not my fault they made me wait an hr. He tells me he can't help me they have to go home now. They didn't mind taking my money. I went to the Baptist ER .Those people treated me and helped me.

Dr. Anderson's nurse is rude and obnoxious. Apparently this type of behavior is Acceptable at Prime Urgent. She talks crazy to you with no regard at all. Raseem Ali is a nurse practitioner and she came in the room telling me everything I was doing wrong, which is why according to her, I was experiencing this sickness. She talked to me like I had no sense at all. I will NEVER return or refer anyone to any location that involves Prime Urgent. I will not use my insurance to pay you to humiliate me and my family. ABSOLUTELY NOT

The nurse practitioner refused to refill my prescriptions I have been taking for over 10 years. I chose this practice because it's convenient. But after my copay I was treated so cruel, the np kept arguing with me that I didn't need my fluid pills because she squeezed my ankle and she couldn't see fluid that one time uh duh maybe because I took my meds this morning!?!? Ya think. I have also been on heart meds which she refused to fill also. Then she is saying I have to come back and see the Dr I'm like wait a minute for my $40 copay u listen to my chest, squeezed my ankle and talked to me and I can't even get my prescriptions refilled that you all see in Walgreens records?!? This is unbelievable.
