What we don't like about the clinic is the nurses. We wish they were a little more kid friendly. I am not able to call names as they don't wear badges. But one nurse in particular needs more training with giving shots. Her style is too archaic and the baby is left with too much blood in the prick points and a lot of crying. I have seen at least one other nurse who is very good at giving shots and keeps it relatively painless, again I don't have her name.
Clean and neat location. The clinic is also easily accessible from a location perspective. Scheduling appointments is a cake walk. We like our kids Dr Fesmire. He takes time to explain and answer our questions patiently.
