Today my 9 month old daughter was seen by Dr. Sri Naidu. I highly recommend him! Both he and his staff were so concerned for my daughter and our comfort. He knelt on the floor in his nice clothes for the examination as baby sat in my lap. He really listened to my questions and concerns and answered them fully, not rushing the visit at all. (That might be the reason we waited over an hour to see him! That was the only negative to our visit.)
We often visit the East Memphis location and have no problems being seen quickly and efficiently. We have waited over an hour in this office and the front desk personnel still has our identification and insurance card meaning she hasn't processed it all yet. The woman before us waited an hour and a half. The doctors aren't to blame because we see them annually if not bi annually at the other location. We wouldn't return to this location even in an emergency situation.
