Service is always pretty good but the food is hit and miss. Sometimes I get a mouthwatering burger, and other times the burger could barely pass for a fast food burger. Overall I enjoy the atmosphere and the location right by the mall! Good place to eat.
Waited more than 20 minutes for my take out order which was a bacon cheeseburger with fries. Then get back to the house I'm staying at (because I don't live in Memphis was here for a funeral) took 1 bite of my burger and it was RED not PINK inside. So I called and they told me to come back. Well I didn't have a car and my friends had went out I chose to stay in. I left early the next morning so I paid $14 for a burger and fries and was only able to eat the fries. The manager didn't offer to mail a gift card or anything after I told him I didn't live here and was leaving the next morning.
This place is amazing! Has the best Burger's and shakes anywhere! I give it five stars because I know they deserve it. Plus as an added bonus if you buy drinks off their machines you can play games on it. I very much recommend this place as a late lunch or early dinner. If you have a birthday at the time and you go too Red Robin's you get a ice cream serving that is fairly big. Definitely go here in your free time if you have a lunch break a work or even take this to your kids at school during their lunch for an awesome treat, and by the way try their parmesan fries, Amazing!
