Cons: not enough service/long wait times
Food was good, but the wait is way too long for two waffles with one piece of chicken on top. We waited for an hour and a half for our breakfast, and many times our waitress would just disappear. Probably would give them another chance in a few months, because they seem to be working out kinks.
My husband and I had our first visit to the Waffle Iron today. We were seated immediately, everyone we encountered was friendly, our food came out quickly, and was prepared perfectly. I had the sweet potato pancakes and he had the Southwestern chicken and waffle. We were both impressed by not only the food, but also the service. We will definitely be back!
The food was very good and so was the service. Great options for kids. The “value” is not consistent across the menu, though, so keep in mind what comes with your meal.

I love the staff, sweets and the grown up grilled cheese. Wonderful place to be.
