Worst place to get a haircut, rude girls, bad haircuts, bad customer service, I will never be here again. They act like they are doing you a favor.
Worst customer service ever. I walked in and specifically asked the woman how long it was gonna take since I was in a hurry. She said just like a minute, even though there were two gentlemen sitting and waiting before i arrived. I doubted that it would take a minute since there were like 4 customers and only 3 barbers but I still took her word for it. Anyways after a customer left, as I had speculated, it was the two gentlemen's turns who were there before me. This made me angry because the woman lied to me. Still I was very patient. What really infuriated me was that the same woman after she was free and I was the only customer waiting, completely ignored me and started cleaning up. I was still patient at this time but about 10 minutes had went by and she was still cleaning up. At this point I just left. I don't know what her deal was, she lied to me at first and then completely ignored me. She was very nice to the other customer but was discriminating against me. If you want good customer service and want to be treated with respect then don't go here.
Used to be 5 star but not any more.
Got a terrible hair cut at another place in town and they fixed it for free. Have gotten many haircuts here before and they've all be great. Will continue to go here for years!
