I'm was my worst experience in the USA. She was nervous, naughty, unprofessional, pretentious, strangely hyperactive. I feelt .....I had the impression she did not understand or she did not want to understand my situation. She wanted to make me guilty of this situation. Grace tried to manipulate me. She used argument that "everyone has an asymmetrical face, this is normal and my temples are swolen but this is temporary and the treatment is right". Grace said something about my allergies for this product etc. .....what???To this time my experience with juverderm was correct, I'm not allergic for juverderm. She said ito me: you have to more juverderm into check to dix problem but this is will be more cost (she sugested wanted more money from me). I just wanted to fix the problem and I don't have to more cost!
The first time in my life I was so badly treated. Every conversation with this woman was nervous, there was no solution to the problem. I lost face, time and money. Today is more like month after treatment. I'm now with an asymmetrical face, very visible bags under the eyes with the effect "swolen" temples. I can't look in the mirror. I don't believe in what happened to me. This Clinic spoils the reputation of others and raises the fear of the people in my opinion. As a result, I don't have a cheeks but I have unexpected result.

I went to this Memphis Laser Clinic to dr Sam to using Juvéderm for cheek volume. Before treatment I showed what I want and would like to expect. The treatment was done so fast, sorely, heavily! After treatment I was shocked!!! The filler (three syringes of juverderm voluma) was applied too close to the my temples and eyes. The effect was not what I wanted. The doctor has convinced me that it will be okay. On the second day I swam around my eyes, I loocked terribly, like after eyelid surgery. The doctor Sam prescribed me a steroid. I drove to the clinic (few times) because after the treatment my face was asymmetrical and very swolen! One cheek larger than the other ome.and efect like "swolen" temples.
This was my first visit. I'm having a tattoo removed. Staff were friendly and informative. With so many people to quickly complain, I felt the need to compliment MLC for what seems to be a business that gets customer service. Today, that is rare!!
My last visit looked like this: I was isolated a room in Memphis Laser Clinic. No one came to me, no question, no one informed me about delay during 30 min. Next Grace came but 40 min late after my visit time. First look Grecy, she was verry happy and satisfied lf this situation ......but not me. I said politely that......"Grace you are late and I'm busy person, for me this is a lot lost time". Next she started screaming at me. She said that: "I'm especially for me,. If I don't want to talk with me you can go!". In this dituatin I wanted leave the clinic. Then Grace opened me the door. Any apologizes from her for the delay,.....nothing. This is DISCRIMINATION of my person! I am very sorry that this is happening in the USA.

I am very pleased with the results of laser tattoo removal at MLC. The center is clean and comfortable. The staff is professional, friendly, and will take the time to explain all services prior to you making a commitment. MLC is also very efficient. I'm in & out in about 30 minutes and have never experienced a long wait. I would recommend MLC.
