This was my 1st time here and the girls at reception were very friendly and personable (I unfortunately didn't catch their names). Evelina cut my hair and was great! I'd had a haircut 2 weeks prior (bad, very bad) and after showing her pictures and explaining what I wanted (I did the same with the prior person that cut my hair) she got right in there with her razor (I love a razor cut) and went to work. She corrected the poor cut that I had recently received and explained what we need to do, going forward, to correct the rest of the damage that was done. I was in capable hands! I will definitely be back to continue the service. Thanks Evelina! You were great!
Tracey H. is an excellent massage therapist (LMT). She is professional, does a quick needs assessment prior to the session and is very skilled. I have had other LMT's booked for me and they too are very skilled & professional. I believe Gould's has some of the best professionally trained LMT's in town. Appointments do book quickly, so heed my warning and don't wait till the last minute to set up your appointment.
The staff here was very nice and professional. I had the Mini-Day Spa treatment (facial and massage) and it was wonderful!! Very relaxing and overdue. Kudos to Becky and Chantrell!!
They worked with us on our special event and did an amazing job on hair and nails for my daughter's event. She felt beautiful!
