My review is somewhat mixed. My Truck is 1 year old and has been to the dealer multiple times over the same issue in the past 12 months. My display which controls the navigation, radio, phone, etc. keeps going out. This has been extremely frustrating since I travel for work only seems to break when I am hundreds of miles from home. When this happened about 2 weeks ago I was 500 miles from home and it was a real problem. The service advisor I spoke with (wish I knew his name) was not kind and didn't seem to care that this was an ongoing problem on a new truck. After some effort I got transferred to the Service manager Robert. Robert understood my frustration that all these issues on a new truck were making it difficult to say the least. When I got back to Memphis Robert got my truck in, gave me a loaner car, fixed my truck and I am up and running. Hopefully the issue is resolved and I am grateful to Robert for taking control of the situation and getting my issue resolved. My truck is instrumental in my ability to work and Robert understands how to get things done. Thank you Robert for your assistance.

Who really likes car dealerships? but the folks at Landers are ALWAYS friendly, helpful, courteous. Salesman Bernie Snyder was very knowledgeable, NOT pushy, and very helpful with follow up questions. Service department are all good listeners, competent, and wait times generally short.
I had an excellent experience with Landers Ford Collierville. My sales guru Joseph Heard gave superior customer service! There were no gimmicks or long waits. I spent maybe only 2 hours and I had a beautiful brand new truck!!

Landers Ford has always been a great dealership for us and the service provided by the staff there is top notch. Wendell Brown has been our sales associate twice and he is makes the buying experience a great one. He is laid back and easy to work with, putting no pressure on you to buy immediately. We purchased a 2004 Expedition in January and have been very happy with it. After another new car purchase from another brand turned out to be a misstep, we came back to Landers and worked with Wendell to purchase a 2014 Expedition. Their pricing on both vehicles was very fair and the buying process was quick.
