Tell Ben the "chain saw up the butt" guy recommended you, and I get a $100 check from Ben. Just kidding. He's WAY too dedicated to his profession to think about something like that. I'll get him down to $50.

So, I was in the market for a new car and really hadn't even THOUGHT about a Jeep, but my son (who has two Jeeps) said I really ought to think about a Jeep Renegade. So, I blindly called the Collierville Jeep dealership and asked if they had any Renegade on the lot. I got connected to Ben Stott, who told me to come out and look at what they had.

I found this dealership while looking for a RAM 2500. I called the dealership and spoke with Laura Berryhill. Based on my conversation with Laura and Darryl Stone (owner), we finalized a deal over the phone. Since I live in Colorado, I had to make arrangements to fly to Memphis to pick up the vehicle. I had some repairs done prior to closing and was fortunate to have Lacey Johnson at the dealership looking after everything for me. Lacey epitomizes outstanding customer service. She ensured everything went smoothly and the truck was detailed and full of fuel. We spent time going over all of the options and even took a picture of us with the truck. Great folks to work with on your next purchase.

I was in the market for a Mustang after my old car went down. I saw they had recently got in a black Mustang that I wanted. I contacted the dealership where Ben Stott was prompt about getting me pictures and all the info I needed about it. I came to the dealership about an hour before they closed, but that didn’t stop Ben from staying after hours to get me the best deal on the car. He was great in terms of getting me a reasonable deal and keeping me updated every step of the way. Cassie from the Finance department was also wonderful as she explained the financial process and answered any other questions I had about the car. Overall, it was a very pleasurable experience and I would recommend this dealership to anybody looking for a car.

I ended up at Collierville Jeep after leaving another Jeep dealership in the MidSouth frustrated, angry, and mad. And, I am super thankful I met Lacey Johnson! She provided outstanding customer service and made this the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever encountered. Upon meeting her, I gave her the 3 things I was looking for in a brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee - 4x4, cloth interior, and white, gray, or silver in color. Even though it was not on the lot, she located the perfect vehicle for me within minutes. Lacey was super informative, very professional, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Lacey - very pleased with my entire experience at this dealership! Cassie was also great in the finance department.

My mom, husband and I bought three jeeps, a lift kit, and a soft top from this location. My mom didn't know how to take her soft top off so she called them to help. They charged her $85 to take the top off. They also offered to put the hard top on at her home for an extra $50. My husband and I went to her house to help put the hard top on and realized they didn't finish taking the hardware for the soft top!!! Service knew good and well my mom wouldn't know that and they would get an extra $50 to help! When we called service, Chad told us the hardware helped keep the doors on, which we know is a lie! They also told my mom that her soft top would not fit in her jeep or her friends SUV, again a lie! Be careful...Chad and his service team take advantage of woman!

Now, I'd rather have a running chain saw stuck up my butt than new car shop because of all the pressure and negotiating tactics usually applied by the typical salesman. So, I was dreading this, kinda like getting sentenced to prison: you know you're going to get raped, it's just a matter of how you deal with it. Well....Ben turned out to be the anti-thesis of my previous experiences. He was very personable (but not smarmy), knowledgeable, understood what I was looking for, asked only the most pertinent questions, and showed me a variety of cars I probably would not have considered, but met my needs. He had a great sense of humor and put up with my sardonic wit and old-guy questions better than he should have, from start to finish.
