Very good neighbor hood
The apartments are not bad (little old though), but when we were about to move there, I had asked them if I can move couple days prior to the start of the month without paying the rent for those couple days, and the lady said yes, but the day we arrive there with our goods, the manager flatly refused and said that's not our policy. I called in the lady who had said yes, and at that moment the lady said "I forgot". I asked them ok, lets split it but the manager was quite stubborn and was not ready to listen or accommodate. I finally paid the rent for those days & then left the apartment after three months.
This place is old and not kept. Stained carpet, rotted wood, the only thing good is the quiet neighbors and the price. The latter two is why i'm living there. The manager and assistant manager are RUDE. Neither of them have an ounce of personality and could care less if you rent the apartment or not, they know some IT professional from fedex will if you don't. bottom line, don't expect much. oh yeah, maintenance came into EVERYBODY'S apmt last week with no prior warning. pretty sure state law says they have to give 24 hour notice. i complained and they said they were sorry, but the maintenance people were new. Is that an excuse? i don't think so.
