Had to return the salad because of flies... they quietly returned my money and closed the salad station at least...
Don't use them as they blanket our neighbor with the door flyers (placed on doors and in mailboxes) and then when you call to order they say they don't have enough drivers or can't deliver to our location....crazy and illegal marketing strategy and if they can't get that right you have to question their food. Talked to manager and he was extremely rude and said it was "beyond his control"---wow!
ORDERING TIP: If you prefer a standard cheese amount on your pizza, mark it with "less cheese". Their normal cheese amount is comparable to Mellow Mushroom.
Great food and helpful staff! We had a small birthday party at their location the week they opened. As of Feb 15th, ordering online (with multiple coupons) has not been an issue -- a fixed glitch!
I have been doing business with this Company a while and I have some issues so the General Manager said Ms Jackson if u have anymore Problems please let Me know.Now at that point we did not call for a while but today we called and I talk to an Employee and he told me it will be 25 minutes but it was a hour so when I called and the Employee told me I could not get a discount to the driver now.I do not care how many Problems I have I if we are spending money everyday and my order is not right I will call everyday.So,I called and talk to the Manger and she was going to fix it but she talked to her Manger and her Manger told her to not help me and I ask could I just being it back to get my money back they told me know and when I spoke to her manager he tells me Customers are not always right and I just went off.They tell me we are having Problems with some Employees but they are trying to do there best but they told me this month's ago and still know change.Just because the pizza is good does not cover for the Bad Customer Service and I am not going to spend me money and kiss your butt at the same time it does not work that way with me.This is a Horrible Company when you spend money and they care about themselves instead of trying to help there Customers to keep there business going.Sad
I love the pizza, they use the good cheese! Don't forget to ask for the coupons, some of the staff does it and some don't. If you ask the all do it. Saved 7 bucks tonight by asking, he was not going to do it originally. 40 down to 33 by simply asking.
