As always the food and service was awesome. This chain is excellent, I have never had a bad experience at any Firehouse Subs store.

I ordered online today, and my order was totally wrong. I called the store to let them know and young lady on the phone told me, if it was wrong, then what I ordered was wrong. They left off cheese on both of my sandwiches and gave me a just turkey and mayo sandwich, I ordered a cheddar brisket and an Italian no ham or tomatoes. I explained to her that I always order the same thing every time, in store and online. She told me that it was only their fault that they left off the cheese, but my fault that I didn't know what I ordered. I have the email that shows exactly what i ordered, which is not what I received.
Their service was terrible and I certainly hope that was not the manager that I spoke with.
