Still a Lowes fan, usually have good prices. Normally very helpful employees.
Normally very nice and helpful. Today must have been an off day, every one has them. Employee bringing out carts of cases told me to see person in the dept. Person in dept was not in dept. No cashiers and self check was closed, finally went to customer service and checked out there.
My husband and I went to store's washer and dryer section around 8PM tonight, waited quite a some time for associate's help, couldn't find anyone, there was another man waiting who rang the bell for help, we waited again with no response from the associate. we just had a simple question which we asked finally when the associate arrived, a white man in his 50's gave the answer, he was very rude, disrespectful. we immediatley left and went to Home depo, asked the same question to associate there, very helpful. I will not recommend this store to people.
Once I decide what I'm shopping for, I'll usually check the lowes website to make sure an item is in stock and where it is located in the store before making a trip. I went there today for two items that were supposed to be in stock and were not. This is not the first time this has happened. The online inventory system should not be trusted, better to call ahead and have them physically check availability if they'll do it. Better yet, just order your stuff online from Amazon.
Knowledgeable, courteous staff. Well-lit, clean modern facility. Good variety of quality name brand products.
Collierville, TN: Scott, in the Kitchen Cabinet area, was Great! Actually went to Home Depot to purchase a cabinet on Sale....but couldn't find anyone to help me. So went to Lowes....not only did Scott help me, but found 3 other things I would need and helped me load the heavy cabinet in my truck. Scott made several sales, provided outstanding customer service, and created a "Loyal" customer. Hard to find service like that anymore!
