They definitely know what they are doing and have no intentions outside of trying to make sure that your car audio is in top condition. I go here for all of my car audio needs and have been happy with the results every single time
Called for a price quote on installing my subwoofer and amplifier in my new vehicle and talked the most erragent sales person ever. I never got an answer as to if their install would be warrientied or not. When I asked he simply responded that if there was an issue it would be with my products not their installation. Then he said I was being to complicated and hung up on me.

The staff are excellent, they work to a very tight schedule so your car will be ready when they tell you it will be. Prices are competitive too. This place is run by very honest and straightforward management. They won't give you the runaround or a line of bull. They tell you exactly what they can do and what it will cost you up front. Very experienced.
Jim is a true professional and wonderful to work with. He is very affordable and the customer service he offers is unbeatable. I have used other big stereo shops in memphis with 'salesmen' like stereo one but it's obvious they are more interested in your money and don't have as much attention to detail as Jim. I have, on two occasions, taken a poor finished product from stereo one to Jim at collierville car stereo to be fixed. Although he is about 40 minutes away from me, the drive is worth it every time. I have used Jim for three vehicles and a boat and I would recommend him to anyone.
