I Love my Macy's, always beautiful, always a great sale, everyday!!!
Let me start by saying, I'm a big fan of macys and 90% of my clothes are from them. However I visited this location few times and every time i was disappointed in 2 things: 1- the store does not carry much... the choices are limited and i never find what I'm looking for or at least the size. I go to another location and I end up buying more than what i went for. 2- customer service: people there are very selective in who they want to speak to, even though I look like someone who would not spend money, I actually do you just need to welcome diversity and teach your employees that everyone must be treated the same way regardless of their race, skin color or culture....etc. still a fan online and other locations though.

This was the second time in two weeks going to this location and received the same type service. No sales person on second floor to assist customers. Someone came up and walked me down stairs to check out. She stated that was not her area. Tonight two customers were lying comfortably on display bed on their phones for 45 min or more. A sales person finally came up and I still had to wait because so many customers were trying to receive assistance as well. I put my items back and left. Very poor customer service.
I was in there a week ago, buying same Greg Norman shorts that were on sale. Took to tailor to let hem out to make longer, they messed up and made them way to short. So went back 7/10 to get replacement shorts, the people working were great, even though sale was off, got same shorts, same price as a week ago.Thanks Macy's.
