This store (Collierville) can be extremely busy, so I recommend you plan for that! As for customer service, they are second to none! They work extremely fast to get you a great vehicle and get you on your way! They always treat you respectfully and always have a smile! I rent there every month and wouldn't go anywhere else! Phenomenal staff!!! And by the way, GREAT vehicles!!!
It was a little hectic getting into my car but I know the holidays are a busy traveling time! The customer service was great and it was easy in and out both picking up my car and dropping it off.
I prepaid for a Full Size car from Enterprise a week in advance of my required reservation. When I arrived, I discovered that they had not held my full size rental, but were going to "upgrade me to a Jeep Renegade. I don't see where this was an upgrade, as there was not nearly as much room as I needed, which the full size car would have provided. I am very disappointed in the fact that they did not hold a vehicle which was already paid for. I will not be using this location again.
I tried to use my AMEX coupons and was denied the use on both the Enterprise website as well as in the office when renting the car. The coupons were clearly meant for Enterprise, yet no acceptance. Very disappointing.
