Very bad customer service. Did not honor the pre booked appointment and did not even call to reschedule. Very rude. Happened twice. Had to come in to find out stylist was not present and they asked if I could wait as she is only few mins away or reschedule. I chose to wait and she did not come in even after 20 mins so rescheduled. Called and confirmed if stylist from prior booking is available before rescheduled appointment. Then when I come in, stylist is present but she double booked and this time but chose to work on another client instead. So rude and would not even say sorry or come out and talk.Felt very very rude and disappointed
Had a terrible experience. They have very less knowledge on what treatment suits what kind of hair. I was advised for Keratin hair treatment, and when this failed, they told me that because my hair were colored earlier so caused issue. It was like before starting the hair treatment they couldn't notice the hair color, and later when it failed they suspected this could be the cause. The stylist with expertise is never available, and rest are like only fooling by asking to pay and take other treatments on fly, and not accepting that they have spoiled and experimented on someone's hairs. It was very unprofessional. Worst decision to opt for there service.
