I enjoyed massage envy before my pregnancy, but even then I had an experience where I had to wait over an hour because my masseuse was still with another client. I went once during my pregnancy and the girl acted as if she afraid to perform the massage.
I can never get an appointment that works for my schedule. What's the point of a membership that does not work for you? I haven't been in months. It's just money down the toilet because I wasn't allowed to cancel.
My husband and I have gift cards and we have been trying for several weeks to get massages at the same time of day for a date night, but after about 5 phone calls to 2 different locations, we are still unable to schedule. It's been very frustrating and stressful to enjoy what was supposed to be a nice relaxing event.
The staff in the front was very nice and friendly and I didn't have to wait too long. But when it came to the massage I was highly disappointed because the masseuse didn't seem very knowledgable about giving massages and said that he just got his license. I told him about the spot that needed the most work and he ended up not listening and spent more time in other areas. Also it seemed a little awkward the whole time and when I asked a question during he gave a short answer and didn't seem to be sociable and acted like he didn't like to communicate with customers

Hi, I've been here many times!!! The staff is always friendly and the calm atmosphere is a plus!!!! Jamaica is so great. She assists you and provides a great deep tissue massage. Because of her, I had no problem signing up for the annual membership and I LOVE IT!!! See you tomorrow!
I have never had a bad experience here. I absolutely love the deep tissue massage therapy and I love Aaron. The atmosphere is very relaxing and I always leave walking on cloud nine!
