This is the second time my package has said "delivered" but I never received it. I also had an important package that required signing, however, the mail personnel forged my name instead of walking to my door to have me sign it. I don't understand why these people don't have any integrity. Why is the post office hiring such horrible workers? Stealing packing and forging names is a crime and should be investigated.
Certified mail should be signed by me but it was signed by someone else and tracking service shows it is “delivered”. It is very important mail but usps collierville do not know where the mail is. So frustrating ~!!!
Absolutely the worst Post Office in America! We repeatedly do not have mail picked up from our box, constantly get mail from the wrong addresses, and this is the second time in 5 years that the Post Office has "lost" a Christmas package. I agree with many other reviews that this location needed to be investigated yesterday. It's too bad that no stars isn't an option for reviews.
Had to come back twice to get my husband’s passport situation resolved. After contacting the post master over the White Station office regarding a rude and unhelpful employee, we were pleased to encounter a much more helpful employee at this station. Overall, good experience at this location.
Consistently do not get my mail or receive others mail. Many people have this issue.
