Hit or miss. The food here is very inconsistent. Will drive a little further to go to a different location for now on because I like the food but this location seems to have more bad days than good.
Went tonight to grab dinner to go...they had a sign posted up where the food is stating that they were out of many items....Honey walnut shrimp, sweetfire chicken, chow mein, teriyaki chicken, Pepsi and other things that I can't remember!! Needless to say we left and picked up dinner somewhere else as did another lady right ahead of us....
Honestly. Inclusive with a good food and service. Nobody want to eat in a place with a extremely bad sanitary conditions. They must pay attention to Cleaning especially on peak hours...
Went for first time was very disappointed! Fried rice was dry and orange chicken was not good chicken was tough! Wanted terriiaki chic but was told it would be 10-15 min. I was at the drive thru ! Don't think I will be back
Terrible service, terrible experience. I did an online order for pickup at 7:30 p.m. I arrived at 7:32 p.m. for my pickup, which was not ready. They finally started preparing my order at 7:40 p.m. What was worse, they didn't have the food cooked. It was 7:50 p.m. before I was able to pick up my order with that was supposed to be ready at 7:30 p.m. I was not offer a complimentary drink, although they did offer other customers drinks for waiting. I wonder if they're prejudiced I will probably not go back to this location.
