I was looking for someone to clean slate floors and when I called to inquire about their services the lady that answered the phone was extremely rude. She answered the phone this is Donna and I asked what company did I call...she snarky remarked your carpet and upholstery company. I quickly apologized for making sure I was calling the correct company and let her know nevermind. If you get rude service on the first call, I can only expect for the entire company to operate this way.
