I received my second floral arrangement for my birthday last Sat Jan. 30th. On Sunday I noticed that all of the poms were brown around the edges and that the gerber daisy had drooped completely down. I called on Mon. and was told to send them photos and they would take care of the arrangement. I texted the girl twice and received a "beautiful" response and nothing else. It is now Wed and still no call. This arrangement was very large with purple roses and numerous other flowers. The first arrangement was a month earlier. The same thing happened. Within 2 days there were dead flowers. I called then and they sent me flowers to replace the dead ones. At the cost of these arrangements I do not feel that the customer should have to call the florist.These arrangements should last longer than a day. I have never had a florist who used old flowers before.Very unprofessional.

I have worked with many florists through the years in several states BUT never have I had this type of experience - EXCELLENT just doesn't seem enough to say.
