I love h&m but the customer service of this outlet was awful. I found a pair of pants on the 30% off rack and when I went to check out they claimed that they weren't 30% off even though I went back and found more of them on the rack. The cashier was extremely rude throughout the exchange and talked bad about me to her coworker to my face. Good clothes but bad service.
Poor service. I went there and was going to buy some clothes but nobody would help me. Nobody was at the register. Nobody was at the dressing room so i just put the clothes back and left. I love H&M but this store is definitely not worth the visit. But on the plus side the store itself is nice to look at.
Memphis is a provincial city. This reality is charming at times, but every so often one yearns for a taste of modernity. Believe it or not, a trip to H&M made me feel, for thirty minutes, like I was in LA or Paris. Good deals too.
I love H&M! Sometimes great clothes sometimes not so good, it all varies.
Many of their t shirt designs are just random words printed in a cool font.
