First time I go there I thought it was clean and nice I order my food and was happy until my 7 years old was eating her chicken nuggets and saw a bug in it I went nicely to talk to the manager at least to get my money back for all the food I order I even show him the bug that we had found and he didn’t want to give us our money back all my kids got disgusted after they saw the bug and the manager was like is normal and didn’t do anything we left the food on the table and left and he didn’t even say sorry I will never go back there and I will never recommend anyone to go there either I saw another rewiew and the people had found a bug on the red drink I wonder what people gonna end up finding please everyone stay a way from that location I
OK, no great. food typical fare for McDonald's, cleanliness was about average, food arrived quickly.
Another time I ordered here through the drive thru, my order of 3 different breakfast sandwiches became here egg McMuffins.
I went back in to get a few cookies that afternoon and I mentioned the bug incident and the ladies apologized and gave me a free sweet tea with my cookies to make up for the bug. Very nice.
Out of ALL McDonald's. This is the best. EVERYONE is polite and friendly. Congrats to store mgrs for an excellent team. Always a thank you and a my pleasure from this team. This store mgr should be in charge of hiring and training all Memphis McDonald's employees and management.
I work literally across the street. I stop in for a snack or iced coffee pretty frequently. Today I got a large sweet tea and after I drank the entire think I open the lid to get the ice out and there was a bug in my cup. Not sure how it happened but I was a little sick. Other than that I have mostly had good experiences at this location.
This location offers online ordering but does not maintain a proper schedule of their hours and closings. I bought food from them, drove to the store, and found it to be closed.
