We ordered our wedding cakes through Frost Bake Shop. To preface this review, my budget for wedding cake was ridiculously small. To counter a small budget, I did not want a traditional tiered wedding cake, but instead 3 separate cakes with coordinating decorations. Frost was the only company I could find that was willing to offer affordable pricing for this option, as they didn’t have to go through the trouble of creating tiered cakes. The end result was beautiful – exactly what I envisioned. However, the company was hard to contact throughout the process, they were essentially no help in providing inspiration for design, and, at the end of decision-making, we were not given a contract which detailed what we paid for.
Awesome ! I purchase 5+ cakes at a time as the main desserts for events all my experiences have been wonderful.
An overall disappointing experience with a good final result.
